Materials:
20 gauge round wire, approx. 25 inches
2- 18 gauge 6 mm ID jump rings

Assorted 3mm – 4mm beads
Round nose pliers
Chain nose pliers
Flush wire cutters
Ruler
Sharpie marker
Nylon jaw pliers (optional)
Lamp & magnifiers, if needed

Students will work with wire, sterling, artisan, or gold, to craft these stylish wire earrings. Students will learn wire shaping techniques to make this fancy accessory.

26 gauge or 24 gauge wire, approx. 5-6 inches, in your choice of color
2 large briolettes or other large beads, do not have to be drilled
approx. 24 assorted beads, sizes 4 mm or 6 mm, any styles
Earring finding of choice
Round nose pliers
Chain nose pliers
Wire cutters
Lamp & magnifier if needed

This a great project to use those spare beads from your bead collection! Students will learn techniques of wire wrapping to make these fun & festive earrings. It’s a perfect flirty accessory for any occasion!

Chain Dangle Earrings

Materials:
For 1 pair of earrings, students will need:
2 – 6mm center-drilled, crystal, pearl or other beads (focal bead above fringe, sample uses a pumpkin and a crystal)
11/0 seed beads (for fringe)
6 – 4mm center-drilled crystals, pearls, skulls, or other beads (bottom of fringe)
1 – #13 beading needle
Nymo or One G thread -OR- approx. 3 inches of chain of choice
8 headpins to match chain, if chosen
Earring findings of choice
Lamp & Magnifiers if needed
