Netted ‘V’s

Netted 'V's

Netted 'V's

Both of these ‘V’s start center front at the longest point. The Opulent ‘V’ offers instant gratification because it is done in larger 8/0 seed bead with 4mm fire polish crystals incorporated as you bead along. Once you finish the first half, turn it around continue to follow the pattern in the same direction. The band mirrors the swags along the ‘V’ edge. This comes together quickly.

The Triple ‘V’ Jewel is full of innovations inspired by a contemporary netted ‘V’ collar with an open diamond from Ukraine. My version plays with three novel facet-cut beads affectionately know as Cathedral Windows. The extreme contrast between the crystal shapes and seed beads create drama. When you delve into this stunning necklace front and center, you’ll see how ingeniously the open diamond is created. The netted base is trimmed with a mix of novel-cut jewel-toned beads. They’re playfully arranged along center front and edge. Jewel-toned crystals are stitched on later to further embellish the diamond and top.

Netted ‘Chicklets’ & Cascading Twigs

Netted 'Chicklets' & Cascading Twigs

Netted 'Chicklets' & Cascading Twigs

The chic Chicklet Bracelet was inspired by the Twig Chip Cascade. It is a great intro to vertical netting and comes together quickly for instant gratification. String the sequence of seeds, larger accents and glass “chicklet” as shown. Turn around through the accent and begin netting 3 or 5 beads at a time. Words top to bottom for full control of how long to make your bracelet length. Toggle and clasp finish.

OR dive into vertical netting and coralling from and center with tactile Twig Chip Cascade. String your bead combo per pattern and start forming chip-tipped twigs on your way up. Each chip comes alive with a contrast bead tip. Further explore the technique with a chic bracelet sans twig. Hard to put down…

Intro To Netting

Learn the basics of netting with the updated necklace. Not only does it teach meshwork, but also shows how different sized beads and their placement add textural interest. Netting is easy thanks to clearly illustrated directions. See how everything relates to previously strung beads and how a single accent bead makes a difference.

Netting With An ‘X’

Netting With An 'X'

Netting With An 'X'

Take vertical netting to the next level. All of these have an ‘X’, yet each one looks very different, but is beadwoven in a similar fashion. Pick the elegant Pearl Crystal Collar with richy textured beads. Or choose one with a distinct ‘X’ motif, Picot with and ‘X’ or Netted 3-Color ‘X’. The color changes keep you on your toes. Once you have the pattern, just relax and bead to desired length.

Cost: $55.00 Kits Available $20.00 – $38.00
